Workplace Assessments

Assessments give us the information we need to leverage our strengths and mitigate our challenges. They help us identify opportunities to grow, benefiting both ourselves and others.

There is no one-size-fits-all for assessments. The right framework depends on the results you’re hoping to achieve, such as:

  • Improving team communication
  • Making intentional, data-driven hiring decisions
  • Increasing workforce collaboration
  • Investing in individuals’ personal growth
  • Diagnosing company culture issues

When it comes to workplace assessments, I like to say I have plenty of tools in my toolbox. No matter what type of insight you’re searching for, I am trained (and, in some cases, fully certified) to facilitate several assessment frameworks that will help you turn confusion into clarity and clarity into action.

Everything DiSC® is a simple yet powerful model that describes four equally valuable behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Everyone is a mix of all four styles, although we typically prioritize one or two above the rest.

Participants in this assessment receive their unique behavior map with personalized insights to deepen their understanding of self and others, resulting in a more engaged, collaborative workforce.

Working Genius

The Working Genius model describes workplace productivity with six key contributions: Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity. Each team member recognizes two of these contributions as their “Geniuses,” two as “Competencies,” and two as “Frustrations.”

Participants receive a personalized assessment identifying their Geniuses, Competencies, and Frustrations. A team map examines gaps, opportunities, and strengths. Teams learn to use the language of the Working Genius to improve both productivity and communication.
